The XUM5APXBM8 is a compact miniature diffuse photoelectric sensor from Telemecanique XUM sensor family. Adopting infrared diffuse reflection optical principle, this sensor supports a maximum sensing distance of 1.9 m.
Equipped with adjustable sensitivity potentiometer and programmable output function, users can switch between Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) without hardware modification. Dual LED indicators display real-time output status and signal stability for convenient on-site debugging.
The rugged PBT plastic miniature housing is designed for installation in narrow machine spaces. It uses an M8 4-pin male plug connection and integrates multi-layer protection circuits including reverse polarity, overload and short-circuit protection, suitable for continuous operation in general industrial environments.
