The high-performance color mark sensor KTS is versatile and excels even under challenging conditions. The KTS series, based on RGB technology and the VISTAL® housing, is known for its outstanding performance, high switching frequency, excellent grayscale resolution, and a wide range of teach-in options. Some models feature TwinEye-Technology®, a display, and IO-Link for diagnostic and analysis data. With a response time of just 10 µs and minimal jitter of 3 µs, it ensures accurate color and contrast detection even at high machine speeds and with highly reflective materials. Integrated color patterns and variable sensor settings in some models ensure fast commissioning and high process stability. Thus, the KTS is the ideal partner for digital machine environments.
