The Pepperl+Fuchs HiC2025 belongs to the HiC series pluggable interface modules, designed as a single-channel isolated barrier for intrinsic safety applications. This module supplies power to 2-wire SMART transmitters installed in hazardous locations and transmits isolated 4–20 mA analog signals to the safe control side.
HiC2025 maintains full transparency for HART and BRAIN digital communication signals. Users can switch working modes via built-in DIP switches, supporting current source, current sink and voltage output. It adopts bus-powered design and can be directly plugged onto HiC termination boards, saving cabinet installation space for process plants.
