The KCD2-STC-EX1 is a compact single-channel intrinsically safe isolation barrier belonging to K-System series, designed exclusively for 2-wire SMART transmitters deployed in explosive hazardous industrial area. This KCD2-STC-EX1 unit provides galvanic electrical isolation between field-side hazardous circuits and control-side safe cabinet circuits, eliminating ground loop interference while delivering stable power supply and accurate 4–20mA analog signal transmission.
