This flow cell assembly is purpose-built to accommodate standard E+H CPF, CPH series pH and ORP glass sensors with 12 mm outer diameter probe bodies. The integrated fluid flow chamber creates stable laminar flow around the sensor glass membrane, eliminating air bubble trapping and improving long-term measurement stability. Wetted surfaces adopt corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction with optional PTFE sealing components to resist acidic, alkaline and low-salinity aqueous media.
IP67 enclosure rating protects external wiring terminals against workshop dust, splash water and condensation. The modular split structure allows fast sensor replacement without full pipeline disassembly, reducing process downtime for maintenance. Compliant with IEC 60584, ISO 14644 cleanroom standards and global pressure vessel safety codes, FCPS12D/E units are deployed across water treatment, chemical processing, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and environmental monitoring analytical systems.
