Beckhoff KL2424 is a high‑performance digital output bus terminal within the KL2xxx series for EtherCAT and K‑Bus I/O systems. This terminal converts controller‑side binary signals into isolated 24 V DC field‑level output signals to drive actuators, relays, solenoid valves and lamp loads. Each of the four output channels features short‑circuit protection and status LED indication. It adopts 2‑wire connection technology and requires no manual address configuration, supporting fast modular installation on standard DIN‑rail inside control cabinets. Galvanic isolation of 500 V separates K‑Bus logic side and field power circuit to enhance system anti‑interference capability in harsh industrial environments.
