This modular base adopts panel front IP65 sealed design, suitable for installation on metal or plastic control cabinet front panels with standard 22mm round cutout. Screw-type wiring terminals provide stable anti-loose wire clamping for copper control cables, eliminating loose wiring risks under workshop vibration. Independent contact chamber structure separates low-current signal circuits to avoid cross-interference. The HW-U10 supports rapid assembly/disassembly with all IDEC HW series operation heads without auxiliary tools, realizing flexible on-site configuration of control functions.
Compliant with global IEC 60947-5-1 low voltage control device standards, UL/CSA safety certifications, wide operating temperature range adapts to machine tools, packaging equipment, conveyor control cabinets and automated assembly line operation panels. The internal silver alloy contact structure ensures stable signal switching for millions of mechanical cycles.
