The AirTAC TN16X40S is a standard twin-rod guided pneumatic cylinder under AirTAC TN series, designed as double acting with integrated permanent magnet for magnetic sensor installation. The dual parallel piston rod structure delivers superior anti-bending, anti-torsion and lateral load resistance compared to single rod cylinders. Adopting embedded body mounting layout, three-sided mounting holes on the fixed support plate support multi-angle installation to save mechanical layout space. Front adjustable rubber bumpers buffer impact during reciprocating movement and allow minor stroke fine-tuning. Model suffix "S" stands for magnet equipped, which is the standard factory configuration for all AirTAC TN bore 16 cylinders. Widely matched with automated assembly lines, packaging machinery, material conveying jigs, semiconductor testing equipment and light industrial pneumatic actuating systems.
