  • High Precision Control: ECMA series servo motors with incremental encoder, 20-bit resolution (1280000 pulses/revolution), stable rotation at low speed, and up to 1kHz frequency response with settling time below 1ms.
    Superlative Vibration Suppression: Built-in automatic low-frequency and high-frequency resonance suppression with notch filters for vibration minimization.
    Flexible Internal Position Mode (Pr Mode): Internal parameter editing for defining motion paths, offering 64 internal position settings, and 35 homing modes.
    Unique Built-in Electronic Cam (E-CAM): Up to 720 E-CAM points with smooth interpolation and flexible programming for rotary cutoff and flying shear applications.
    Full Closed-loop Control: Capable of reading second feedback signals to ensure high accuracy position control, minimizing mechanical imperfections.
